We encourage online ticket bookings but other methods of purchase are also available as follows:
Phone and In Person bookings:
GOODS SHED ARTS: From 30 January to 18 March, Monday to Friday 10am-12noon
WESTERN RESERVE BOX OFFICE: From 20 March through to the end of the Festival, Every Day 9am-5pm
At the Door:
Venue Box Offices will be open 1 hour before each performance at Western Reserve Big Top and 45 minutes prior at all other venues.
Please note that for The Capital & Ulumbarra Theatres and Phee Broadway Theatre, ticket bookings can be made through their respective websites.
COVID-19 SAFETY
Castlemaine State Festival is taking every measure possible to create a safe environment for all attendees. It is recommended that you do not attend any Festival events if you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for COVID. If you are concerned for your health, we encourage the use of masks while attending indoor events.
BOOKING INFORMATION
Concession
Includes children, people 18 and under, Pensioners, Health Care Card holders and Full-Time Students. Relevant identification must be presented upon request.
Seating
Allocated seating applies to all performances at Castlemaine Town Hall, Dialogues program at Goods Shed and most performances at Western Reserve Big Top. All other venues are sold as general admission.
Refunds
There are no refunds on ticket purchases.
Latecomers
Will not be admitted until a suitable breakin the performance.
Gift Vouchers
Available for purchase and may be used for any Castlemaine State Festival event with ticket availability. Unredeemed vouchers will expire on Sunday 9 April and cannot be refunded.
Babes in Arms
For most events, children under 24 months old may attend free of charge on the condition they do not occupy a seat and they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
ACCESSIBILITY
Castlemaine State Festival aims to make venues and events accessible to those with limited mobility, hearing and/or vision.
Wheelchair access at each venue is identified by the symbol on individual program event pages. Events with Auslan interpreters are marked throughout the program.
