The Castlemaine State Festival is a cultural event — food and beverages play a vital part in the overall experience.

We are providing snacks and drinks for adults and children at all of our major venues, including the Castlemaine Town Hall, Castlemaine Woollen Mill, Old Castlemaine Gaol, Phee Broadway Theatre, Castlemaine Market Building, Theatre Royal and at our community events in Victory Park and Castlemaine Botanical Gardens across both weekends.

Festival bars will be open before performances and during intervals.

Carnival of Community — Victory Park
This Festival hub will include a bar serving local wines, beer and refreshing cocktails. Kick off the day with a healthy breakfast, then come back and try something exotic from one of the food trucks.

The Garden Party, Final Day — Castlemaine Botanical Gardens
Enjoy delicious food from around the world at one of the many food trucks. Local wines and beer are available from the bar.

Bar Baa — Castlemaine Woollen Mill
Bar Baa opens from 5pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday, and 12 noon to 9pm Saturday and Sunday. Local beer and wine.
