When you give to the Castlemaine State Festival you’re contributing to a regional cultural icon that continues to delight and inspire audiences and its community. The work we present by a huge range of artists from Australia and abroad, plus the creative development work we love to support, takes more than just heart and commitment. It takes money!
CSF receives only 40% of its funding from government sources, therefore philanthropic private giving plays a pivotal role in ensuring CSF’s sustainability, and enables us to provide the highest artistic experiences possible by:
- Delivering a world-class Festival
- Bringing the best international and Australian artists to our region
- Encouraging new commissions and cultural initiatives
- Providing arts education opportunities for young people
- Creating inspirational engagement opportunities for our local community and beyond.
By donating and becoming a CSF Patron, you are offered unique opportunities to have a deeper experience with the artistic riches of the Festival all year round. As a Patron, you will become a part of a very special group of people who are recognised for their loyalty and commitment that helps shape and sustain this extraordinary organisation and Festival. We are grateful for all types of gifts, big or small, annual, or one-off and donations of $50 or more will enable acknowledgement as a CSF Patron. Acknowledgement according to your gift amount will be made for one year from the date of your contribution at the following Patron levels:
Muse $10,000+
Diamond $6,000 – $9,999
Platinum $3,000 – $5,999
Pure Gold $1,500 – $2,999
Gold $750 – $1,499
Crystal $300 – $749
Quartz $150 – 299
Prospector $50 – $149
We welcome Patrons who donate gifts on an annual ongoing basis to pay in installments annually, half yearly, quarterly and monthly.
