Vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They may only be used for products sold through official festival ticketing channels and not for externally ticketed events or any other purchases unless stated. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Values include GST. Purchases above the voucher value require additional payment. Any unused balance after expiry is forfeited.
