Brought to you by Castlemaine Fringe Festival, Goldfields Library Corporation and Mount Alexander Shire, the Mechanics Lane precinct will come alive throughout festival time. The Mechanics Lane precinct sits half-way between Castlemaine Goods Shed and Western Reserve, in the heart of town. This little gem includes the Phee Broadway Theatre and Castlemaine Library and will host a smorgasbord of theatre, dance, visual arts, live music, talks, and workshops during festival time. Drop by to ‘Make Your Mark’ on the street and for a range of free family-friendly events.
