Creative Learning at Goods Shed Arts offers year-round opportunities for youth, professional development for artists and creatives, community engagement projects and schools programs.

During Castlemaine State Festival 2023 there are numerous opportunities for school students to engage with the program. You can download a flier with details of the education program and a learning guide for the Visual Arts Program here:

There is also a great opportunity for young people age 13-25 to participate in the Festival in a very hands on way by joining our 2023 Youth Media Team.

We aim to support our local community with professional development opportunities in various forms, not just for artists, but for other creative professionals, and people wanting to bring more creativity into their working lives. We would love to hear from you, whatever stage of your working life you may be at, even still studying or transitioning from caring roles at home, so that we can create programs that are relevant and useful to our community.
