Castlemaine State Festival presents in partnership with the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM)
The ANAM Set: Bravura Brass
The ANAM Set commissioning project of 2021 was an epoch-defining event, resulting in the creation of 8 hours of new music by 67 Australian composers.
Over six concerts at the Castlemaine State Festival, the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) invite you to experience a cross-section of these intimate solos and duos up-close and personal.
From compositional giants such as Ross Edwards through to the fresh eco-activist voice of Kate Tempany, see what artistic alchemy results when living composers collaborate with virtuoso performers.
