TICKETING MANAGER

The Ticketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the online ticketing systems, scheduling and supervising ticketing staff and volunteers in the lead up to the Festival, developing and implementing regular ticket sales reports, financial management, reconciliation of all ticketing income and providing exceptional customer service and leadership to the public and co-workers.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

The Associate Producer is responsible for the direct relationship between the CSF and artists who are being presented at the 2021 Festival. The Associate Producer will ensure that all contracted responsibilities agreed to by both CSF and artist are met to their highest possible standards. The Associate Producer will work to directly support the Creative Producer’s responsibilities of maintaining the smooth running of the Festival’s public offerings and indirectly support the Festival Director in maintaining stakeholder management and overall Festival experience for artists and audiences.

PATRONS MANAGER

Since launching the Patrons program in 2010 the Patrons base has steadily grown to over 200 patrons in the current day. The Patrons Manager is responsible for identifying, maintaining and expanding the Patrons membership for the Festival and Goods Shed development and projects, through acquisitions, stewardship, Patron liaison & correspondence, payment processing, database & record keeping and management of Patrons events.
